TERMS OF USE

Applies To: All Programs, Courses, Workshops, Webinars, Trainings, Digital Products, Memberships, Events & Services (“Offerings”)
Platforms: Thinkific. 

By purchasing, enrolling, or accessing any Offering, you (“Client” or “User”) agree to the following Terms of Use. These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Aligned AF LLC once you check the required box, enroll, or attend.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not proceed.

1. ACCESS & LICENSE

Client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access materials associated with the purchased Offering.

This may include (where applicable):

• Training videos, modules, and workshops

• Audios, PDFs, worksheets, templates, tools, and resources

• Group calls, Q&A calls, office hours, masterclasses

• Community spaces, chats, or discussion boards

• Somatic exercise libraries or pre-recorded content

This license is for personal, individual use only.

Client may NOT:

• Share login credentials or content access

• Reproduce, distribute, republish, or resell materials

• Teach, license, or commercially repackage content

• Upload content to other platforms or group chats

• Record or share call replays, screenshots, or conversations

• Claim ownership of materials, frameworks, methods, or branding

Violation may result in removal from Offerings without refund and potential legal action.

2. FEES, PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

By enrolling, Client agrees to:

• Pay the full fee listed at checkout

• Complete all installments in a payment plan

• Authorize Aligned AF LLC to run payments as scheduled

Refund Policy:
All sales are final after a 3-day grace period from purchase.
No refunds, transfers, credits, or exceptions due to:

• Personal circumstances

• Scheduling conflicts

• Lack of participation

• Technical issues on the Client’s end

• Changes of mind or financial changes

Chargebacks Are Strictly Prohibited.
Chargebacks violate these Terms and will be pursued through collections or legal remedy.

3. TERMINATION, REMOVAL & BUYOUT OPTION

If Client chooses to terminate participation early:

• Client remains responsible for the full balance

• A discretionary buyout (50% of remaining payments) may be offered but is not guaranteed

• Buyout must be paid in full to end the contract

Company may remove a Client for:

• Disruptive, harmful, or unsafe behavior

• Harassment or inappropriate conduct

• Breach of confidentiality

No refund will be provided.

4. DISCLAIMER

Aligned AF LLC provides:

• Coaching, education, mentorship

• Mindset, somatic, and nervous system tools

• Emotional regulation practices

• Personal development support

Aligned AF LLC does not provide:

• Therapy or clinical treatment

• Medical or psychological care

• Diagnosis or crisis support

• Legal, financial, or professional advisory services

Client is responsible for seeking licensed professional care when appropriate.

5. SOMATIC, MOVEMENT & WELLNESS PARTICIPATION

Offerings may include:

• Breathwork, movement, nervous system practices

• Emotional processing or somatic exercises

• Visualization, meditation, and embodiment work

Client acknowledges:

• They participate voluntarily and at their own risk

• They must modify or stop if discomfort arises

• They assume full responsibility for their well-being

Company is not liable for physical or emotional reactions.

This clause serves as the incorporated Somatic Liability Waiver for all Offerings.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY, COMMUNITY & CONDUCT

Client agrees to:

• Maintain confidentiality of other participants

• Not screenshot, record, or share community content

• Respect the privacy and identities of members

• Not harass, bully, shame, or undermine others

Company may remove any Client violating conduct guidelines without refund.

7. TECHNOLOGY & PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee:

• Perfect performance of hosting platforms

• Uninterrupted access, call quality, or replay availability

• Compatibility with your device or browser

Client is responsible for:

• Internet connection

• Device functionality

• Software or app updates

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & TRADEMARKS

All content is owned by Aligned AF LLC, including but not limited to:

• Videos, audios, written material, frameworks, and methods

• Somatic tools, coaching processes, diagrams, templates

• Branding, names, and program terminology

Registered and claimed marks include but are not limited to:

• The Rebel Mom™

• The Rebel Mom™ Academy

• Additional brand trademarks as filed

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aligned AF LLC is not liable for:

• Emotional distress or nervous system responses

• Physical injury or discomfort

• Mental health outcomes

• Financial, business, or relationship outcomes

• Decisions made based on the material provided

Client’s sole remedy is limited to fees paid within the 3-day refund window.

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Diego County, CA.

• No class actions

• No jury trials

• No public disputes or defamation

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By completing purchase, registering for an event, signing into a portal, or attending any Offering, Client acknowledges:

• They have read and agree to this Agreement

• This clickwrap consent replaces a physical signature

• This Agreement governs all current and future enrollments
