* Lazy, unambitious exercises you can do in your PJ's that will help you release stress, anxiety, and body tension. * Relaxation exercises - Soften your body and get you out of survival mode. * Rocking exercises - Self- soothing like a baby being rocked to sleep. * Poas release - If you have lower back pain or tight hips, this will help the muscle relax and give you relief. * Jaw release - For those of you that carry a lot of tension in your jaw by clenching or grinding your teeth.
